The Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Autonova S.A., Mr. Ciprian-Dan Costea, Ph.D represented our company at the June 2026 edition of the General Assembly of the Members of the German-Romanian Chamber of Commerce.
AHK Romania reaffirmed its role as an active and strong voice of the Romanian-German economy within the General Assembly of the Members, continuing to advocate for a stable economic policy framework, the improvement of the financial credibility of the Romanian state and the competitive development of Romania.
On this occasion, within the General Assembly, Mr. Ciprian-Dan Costea, Ph.D voted for the election of the new members to the Board of Directors, in the person of our colleagues: Robert Feulner, MD of Andreas Stihl Power Tools SRL; Nick Stirban, CEO of Rheinmetall Automecanica SRL; Jennifer Gilberg, Country Head of Bayer SRL; and Marcel Wiesenhoff, CEO of Banat Farming SRL.
