AUTONOVA became member of the German-Romanian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Romania)

On the 25th of September 2019, the German-Romanian Chamber of Industry and Commerce met with the business environment and public authorities from the North-West of Romania. On this occasion, the entry of AUTONOVA as a full member of the German-Romanian Chamber of Industry and Commerce was announced.

During the event, Mr. Sebastian METZ, General Manager of the German-Romanian Chamber of Industry and Commerce announced AUTONOVA as new member of the AHK Romania and also congratulated the management of our company for the decision to become a member.

In his word, Mr. Sebastian METZ mentioned the opening of the German-Romanian Chamber of Industry and Commerce for promoting new businesses between Romanian companies and German companies and in this context, the membership is very helpful to any company that wants to connect with the German market and companies with German capital.

Mr. Ciprian Dan COSTEA, PhD, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of AUTONOVA expressed on behalf of AUTONOVA the thanks for being accepted as a full member of the German-Romanian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Romania) and transmitted during his speech the messages from the Chairman of the Board of Directors of AUTONOVA, Mr. Petre MURESAN and from the General Manager of AUTONOVA, Mr. Cristian SUTEU.

He also offered diplomas of appreciation to Mr. Sebastian METZ, General Director of the German-Romanian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, for promoting and sustaining the economic relations between Germany and Romania, to Mr. Iuliu CADAR, member of the Board of Directors of the German-Romanian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, for the support for the interconnection between companies in Germany and companies in Romania as well as to Ms. Swantje KORTEMEYER, Director of the Economic and Trade Section of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Bucharest, for strongly supporting the bilateral economic relations between Germany and Romania.
Finally, Mr. Ciprian Dan COSTEA, PhD, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of AUTONOVA pointed out that this step is a natural one, by which he wants to expand the contacts and partnerships that AUTONOVA has with companies from Germany and with companies with German capital.

The German-Romanian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Romania) officially represents the German economy in Romania. As a bilateral Chamber and member organization, it represents the interests of Romanian and German companies, as well as those of members in front of public authorities, thus being a central actor in the development of Romanian-German economic relations.
