How can Romanian industry strengthen its position in European markets and turn technological and regulatory changes into development opportunities? These are some of the topics addressed in an editorial dialogue with the media group The Gazette (https://the-gazette.eu/) & EU Bubble (https://www.eububble.ro/), dedicated to industrial competitiveness, sustainability, and strategic leadership, areas to which Autonova was pleased to contribute through the insights of our colleagues Ciprian-Dan Costea, Ph.D – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and ec. Adrian Belbe – General Manager.

In our view, long-term competitiveness requires more than the ability to respond to current requirements. It involves anticipating change, strengthening corporate governance, and transforming new European requirements into opportunities for sustainable development.
An important principle underpinning this vision is the shift from compliance management to the anticipatory management of economic value — an approach in which strategy, technology, and corporate responsibility complement one another.
We would like to thank Aida Iordache for the editorial initiative, the relevant questions, and the opportunity to contribute to a conversation about the directions that will shape the future of Romanian industry in the European context.
We believe in the value of dialogue between the business community and the media as a means of promoting expertise, ideas, and perspectives that contribute to the development of industry.
