A. Horasis Global Meeting 2025

 

In October 2025, our Vice Chairman, Ciprian-Dan COSTEA, Ph.D, was present at the Horasis Global Meeting 2025, Sao Paulo, Brazil, where he honored the invitation received from the Chairman and Founder of Horasis, dr. Frank-Jurgen Richter and speaked within the panel: “Leadership in Tumultuous Times” – such a vast, important and actual theme in all the world.

With a remarkable presence of international personalities, ministers, members of royal families, CEOs and board of directors members of some of the world’s top companies, academia and media representatives, founders of innovative start-ups, and various leaders from both the public and private sectors, the Horasis Global Summit 2025 facilitated the dialogue and the cooperation that we need so much in the actual status of the world.

From the very beginning, the event radiated positive Paulistano vibes, optimism that continued during all the summit and especially during the discussions and dialogues within the panels, the plenary sessions, and during the interactions between the numerous top-level speakers at all the social moments and side events, Horasis proving again that it is the only think tank that is taking effective action for the global collaboration as a mandatory mission of our generation.

The location of the event, the Innovation and Technology Center of the University of São Paulo, offered to all of us a unique mix between the wonderful natural landscape of the São Paulo University Campus and the technical innovation boosted to new boundaries through research at Inova SP, creating the proper context to discuss the next steps of the evolution at the intersection of environmental challenges and new technologies opportunities and highlighting the need for meaningful cooperation in a divided society in the framework of the modular globalization that we are witnessing nowadays.

Within the premises of the Horasis Global Summit 2025, our Vice Chairman awarded with a Diploma of Appreciation our colleague Mauricio Prazak, President of the Brazilian Institute for the Development of International Affairs, for the excellent way in which he conducts IBREI’s mission of building bridges between professionals, companies and institutions, both public and private and improving the quality of the Brazilian and international business.

 

B. Ayrton Senna Institute

 

During the Brazil business trip, our Vice Chairman, Ciprian-Dan COSTEA, Ph.D offered the Diploma of Honor and Excellence to the Ayrton Senna Institute and to the Senna Family.

As the best and most appreciated Formula 1 driver in history, Ayrton Senna’s legacy is immense and impressive.

Across the globe and especially here in his native country, Brazil, he is a forever living hero: through his example as a champion and as a leader, through his winner mentality, through the charitable acts that he discretely carried out during his life, but also through his will to build a better society in his country and in the world, desire that his family fulfilled with the Ayrton Senna Institute. Such values ​​are cultivated and promoted by both the shareholders and the board of directors of Autonova and the group of the companies that we are member in.

The Instituto Ayrton Senna, with Viviane Senna, the great champion’s sister, as President, and other family members and prestigious international personalities as its directors, has as its main mission to support children in Brazil on the path of comprehensive education, and through the actions taken in the 31 years of activity, it succeeded to offer to an impressive number counted in hundreds of thousands of children, a better future and the chance to have a life lived with human dignity. The comprehensive education is essential for the construction of a more just, inclusive, and sustainable world. We are privileged to be the first in Romanian company to honor in the great champion’s hometown, Sao Paulo, the personality of the most famous and appreciated Brazilian, his family and the impressive activity carried out by the Ayrton Senna Institute.

 

C. Zero Summit

 

Our Vice Chairman, Ciprian-Dan COSTEA, Ph. D also honored the exclusive invitation to attend in Sao Paulo the Zero Summit 2025, the most important environmental summit in South America.

With Formula E world champion Lucas di Grassi, former Formula 1 driver and United Nations ambassador for environmental issues among its founders, the Zero Summit 2025 took place in Sao Paulo at the unique Rosewood Hotel, AYA Partners, and the summit attracted numerous top-level participants from around the world, with Bloomberg and Harvard University among its partners.

Preceding the Horasis Global Meeting and also the annual meeting of the countries that are part of the UN convention on the environment, the COP 30 conference following to be organized this year also in Brazil, in Belem, the event debated amongst many environmental issues how the artificial intelligence and the new technologies can help companies for a sustainable and environmentally friendly development.

Autonova, a responsible company that pursues sustainable development, the specific environmental requirements being extremely demanding in the industrial field, thus came into contact with the leaders of the most relevant international companies that offer the most advanced applications for sustainable business evolution and environmentally friendly management of production processes based on artificial intelligence and technologies of the future.
